Wild cocoa Bolivia extra noir, conched for 60 hours

The unique and rare wild cocoa Criollo Amazonico comes from the province of Beni, the lowlands of Bolivia. In the longitudinal conche, the chocolate is constantly moved for days. By regularly moving the mass back and forth, the still hidden aromas gently develop to the maximum. In the background you can still see her wild origins with a hint of lemon and grapefruit. The character is characterized by a harmonious cocoa taste that lingers on the palate for a long time.
