Grand Cru Criollo cocoa with the Sur del Lago Designation of Origin, Maracaibo, Venezuela. Overall impression: Maracaibo Creole impresses with its creaminess, paired with a delicate note of creamy caramel. The traditionally gentle manufacturing process brings out the light bourbon vanilla aroma - which hints at a hint of honey - particularly well. The fruity-fresh raspberry note leads to a delicately melting finish. The high proportion of Criollo cocoa gives it a unique character.
